Yesterday afternoon at 1:21pm, the Waupaca County Sheriffs Office received a report of a 31 year ol dmale shot in the Township of Lind on Bags Hill Road. Officers arrived and evacuated the victim, who was taken by ambulance to ThedaCare Neenah hospital for non-life threatening injuries. A 31 year old male suspect is in custody for the shooting. Names of the shooter and the victim will not be released at this time as the incident is still under investigation.
