Residents of Aster Retirement Community and Kindred Hearts in The City of Clintonville can get help with absentee voting March 19. Special voting deputies for the city will be administrating absentee voting at 9:00am at Aster, and 10:30am at Kindred Hearts. Voters must be registered in order to receive an absentee ballot. Family members of residents may be present at the time of voting.
