30 year old Matthew A. Kitzis, of Kaukauna, is facing charges of sexual assault of a child younger than 16 years old and sexual assault of a child by a person who works or volunteers with children. The speed skating coach was ordered held on a $15,000 cash bond after being charged last week in Outagamie County court with sexually assaulting a girl he was coaching. The complaint alleges he assaulted the girl in May 2016 and between March 2017 and February 2018.
