Green Bay authorities say conditions on the Leo Frigo Bridge Tuesday morning were cold, windy and slick when 30 cars were involved in a pileup. The bridge was closed for more than four hours and multiple injuries were reported. Green Bay police compared the accident to the 131-car pileup on I-41 near Neenah last week. Southbound traffic was involved, but both directions were shut down so emergency responders could get to the scene. There were no fatalities reported.
