Iowa prosecutors tell the court a construction worker from Oshkosh didn’t deserve to be beaten to death last year. The man accused of killing Joshua Sadlon is using the “stand your ground” law in his defense. Forty-nine-year-old Rodney Henricksen is on trial for second-degree murder. His attorney points out that Sadlon’s blood alcohol content level was three times the legal limit and Sadlon allegedly told Henricksen he would kill him. Henricksen punched the victim in the head and face, then slammed him into a concrete floor.
