An Oconto Falls woman accused of running down her husband with an SUV on Christmas Eve is facing nearly 20 years in prison. Not-guilty pleas to the two felonies and two misdemeanors filed against Sarah G. Colson, 36, were entered on her behalf at an arraignment, after she stood mute. According to the criminal complaint, the couple were arguing while driving back home from a family gathering and the husband told her to pull over, so he could walk home. After he had walked about 10 to 15 yards, Colson accelerated and struck him with the vehicle. Colson was charged with first-degree recklessly endangering safety and aggravated battery, felonies punishable by up to 12 1/2 and six years in prison, respectively, along with resisting an officer and disorderly conduct. A pre-trial conference for Colson, who is being held on $10,000 cash bond, is set for March 14.
