A Plainfield man was arrested for Operating under the influence for the 5th offense. Tyler J Lipke, 27 was been arrested by the Wisconsin State Patrol Wausau Post on Tuesday after a Trooper stopped him on Highway 22 in Waupaca County for a speeding violation. A subsequent investigation, including field sobriety testing, indicated the driver was operating while under the influence. The driver was arrested for operating while under the influence and also cited for the speed violation.
