The New London City Council is set to meet in special session Tomorrow (Wednesday) and on the agenda is the Capital Improvement projects for 2019. The city has $455,000 to spend on such projects and among those on the list include the HVAC system for the New London Police Department, a bucket truck from New London Utilities, a janitorial motorized floor cleaner, asphalt patching for streets and sidewalks, new vehicles for the New London Police Department and self contained breathing apparatuses for the New London Fire Department. One item that has not been approved as of yet is the Tennis Courts at Hatten Park.
