Last Week Green Bay School District dealt with the snow days by adding extra time to the end of the day. Shawano School Superintendent Gary Cumberland said he hopes they don’t have to do that. He said they have make up days scheduled but doesn’t see how you get your instructional day back by adding minutes to the beginning and end of your school day. Some schools serving Oconto County plans to make it up by holding classes on two days off — the day after Easter on April 22 and on Friday, May 17, when in-services had been scheduled as well as add 12 minutes onto the school day, six minutes each at the beginning and end, in New London Make up Days include April 5th and May 17th.
