Shawano Police Department has a team together and looking forward to supporting a great cause with the Polar Plunge for Special Olympics. Over $350 has been raised toward a $3,000 goal and there is still time to donate and a secure online donation can be set up through the link on our web site or checks made out to Special Olympics Wisconsin can be dropped off at the Shawano Police Department. All check donations need to be in by February 25th. Your donation helps to support the 18 different Olympic-type sports offered year-round, as well as free health care screening to ensure optimal health and performance of Special Olympics Wisconsin athletes during competition. 100% of your donation will benefit Special Olympics Wisconsin.
