Jayme Closs and her family are thanking the community for its support. In a statement released on Wednesday, Jayme and her family said that they have the deepest gratitude for the gifts and donations she’s received since she escaped capture, and that the many kind words have been a comfort to her. Jayme was missing for 88 days, and the man who police say took her, Jake Patterson, faces kidnapping and murder charges.
