A Marion woman had her bond reduced by half and ordered not to have any illegal drugs in her possession. 26 year old Brittni Thebo faces a felony count of possession of narcotic drugs, along with a bail jumping charge. The criminal complaint says officers served a search warrant in New London at a residence where Thebo was located. Officers then allegedly found heroin among her possessions. The bail jumping count stems from bond conditions on a charge of possession of heroin with intent to deliver from last October. If convicted on the latest counts, she could face up to 9½ years in prison. Thebo is due back in Waupaca County Court on March 14th for a status conference hearing. The only drugs she is allowed to have on her is her prescription medication and she is supposed to follow the directions of the physician.
