Waupaca County Sheriff’s Department has released the name of the person involved in a single vehicle crash west of Marion last Friday. According to the Waupaca County Sheriff’s Office, 33 year old Jared R. Sonnenberg of Clintonville was traveling on Hunting Road, west of Marion, around 4:00 a.m. when his vehicle left the roadway, went through a ditch, and hit a power pole, snapping the pole. Sonnenberg was taken by ambulance to ThedaCare– Waupaca Hospital for treatment. He was also cited for operating while intoxicated, failure to keep his vehicle under control, and failure to notify police of an accident.
