The 17 year old involved in a fatality crash on Sunday has been identified as 17 year old Grant Madsen of the town of Caledonia. Waupaca County Sheriff’s Department said the fatality crash occurred on Highway 45 north of County “N” in the town of Lebanon. Madsen apparently lost control and struck a northbound vehicle. Madsen succumbed from his injuries at the scene of the accident. Names of the other person in the Northbound vehicle was not released.
