The Waupaca County Sheriff’s Office has announced a couple of promotions within the department. Sheriff Tim Wilz has promoted Deputy Bill Zeamer to Patrol Sergeant, while Corrections Officer Mike Schnell has been promoted to Sergeant of Corrections.
