Waupaca County Sheriff’s Department is investigating a two vehicle fatality crash on Highway 45 north of County “N” in the town of Lebanon. A southbound vehicle lost control and struck a northbound vehicle. The operator of the southbound vehicle was a 17 year old male from Fremont and he succumbed from his injuries at the scene of the accident. Names are being withheld at this time.
