The Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection has released their top ten list of complaints from consumers. Identity Theft, Motor Vehicle Repair, Gas Pumps, Motor Vehicle Sales, Fuel Quality are the bottom ten, the top of the list are Home Improvement, Telecommunications, Landlord Tenant, Medical Services and Telemarketing are in the top five with those pesky unwanted call reigning in the top spot.
