The Hortonville Village hall has changed their hours of operation from 7 A.M. to 4 P.M. Monday through Thursday with an early closure of 1p.m. on Friday. The village board heard the arguments that other villages and townships are doing the same thing with reduced hours of Friday and reporting that residents can pay their electric bills other utilities, citations and tax bills through the secure online service.
