A Green Bay man who bared the cold weather bare naked was intoxicated when police arrested him for tearing down a neighbors Christmas decorations. Green Bay Police arrested 61 year old Gregory Brannigan Wednesday afternoon, after responding to a call from a neighbor saying a naked Brannigan was tearing down her decorations. Brannigan was released Thursday from the Brown County Jail on a $700 cash bond. He is scheduled to appear in court on Jan. 4. A breathalyzer estimated Brannigan had a blood alcohol level of 0.21 percent.
