With one-thousand-869 yards, Wisconsin running back Jonathan Taylor has 425 yards more than any other Power Five runner. That’s part of the reason the sophomore was named Monday as one of three finalists for the Doak Walker Award. Clemson’s Travis Etienne and Memphis’ Darrell Henderson are the other finalists for the honor given to the best running back in college football. Taylor is coming off his best game — 321 yards and three touchdowns in the 47-41 triple-overtime win at Purdue.
