Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker says his failed re-election campaign wasn’t a rejection by the voters. Walker points out that he actually got the most votes he’s ever received. The governor had been quiet since Election Day, saying he hadn’t spoken to the media to give Governor-Elect Tony Evers time to talk about the transition. What has he been doing since November 6th?
