Polling of two-thousand Wisconsin adults conducted earlier this month gives the edge to statewide Democratic candidates two weeks before the general election. The Ipsos poll gives Democrat Tony Evers a three-point edge over incumbent Governor Scott Walker in the race for the state’s highest elective office. It shows incumbent U-S Senator Tammy Baldwin with a 15-point lead over Republican challenger Leah Vukmir. The poll was conducted before the October 19th debate between Walker and Evers.
