The Clintonville City Council approved a new salary schedule for city employees. The city expects the operating budget for the city will increase by $100,000 next year, which falls within the city’s levy limit. One of the biggest reasons for the increase is additional training for departments. Funding from tax incremental district closeout funds the city is receiving allows the city to use $146,000 toward the construction of a new workshop for the Clintonville Parks and Recreation Department.
