Authorities in Outagamie County say a case there shows human trafficking is no longer a big city issue. A 39-year-old man faces a possible 152-year prison sentence after his conviction. Willie Allison was accused of forcing women to perform sex acts for money by controlling their access to heroin and cocaine. Investigators say he also withheld food and assaulted the victims verbally and physically. He was caught last year when police were called to an Appleton home about a drug overdose.
