A company based in Helsinki, Finland, has bought two paper mills in northern Wisconsin. The 615-million dollar transaction was completed in July. Expera employs about 18-hundred workers at plants in Mosinee and Rhinelander. Both of the mills were opened more than 100 years ago. Specialty paper products are created for things like food packaging and processing.
