A 28-year-old woman accused of forcing a man into prostitution and giving methamphetamine to juvenile runaways was sentenced Thursday to seven years in prison. Shawna Baxter, of Nichols, was also ordered by Outagamie County Judge Nancy Krueger to spend seven years on extended supervision after her release from prison. Baxter was convicted in June of two counts of second-degree recklessly endangering safety, two counts of intentionally contributing to the delinquency of a child, one count of receiving compensation for human trafficking and one count of facilitating pandering, according to court records.
