A Waupaca man has been charged with homicide in the hit and run death of an Amherst teenager in late July. 46 year old Michael G. Pribbernow faces counts of homicide by intoxicated use of a motor vehicle, hit and run resulting in death, operating while intoxicated– 3rd offense, and operating while revoked resulting in death. The criminal complaint alleges Pribbernow struck and killed 18 year old Timothy Cruse II (the Second) in the early morning hours of July 28th. If convicted, he could face up to 65 years in prison. Pribbernow is being held on a 20-thousand dollar cash bond. He’s due back in court on Tuesday.
