A Waupaca County Board supervisor injured when he was hit by a vehicle Sunday has died. Waupaca police say 86 year old Jack Penny died of his injuries late Monday afternoon. Penny was crossing Royalton Street in Waupaca Sunday afternoon when he was hit by a car driven by 83 year old Richard Morales of Waupaca. Morales stayed at the scene, and cooperated with authorities. Jack Penny served on the Waupaca County Board for nearly 28 years.
