A New London man will spend time in jail on a felony drunk driving conviction in Waupaca County Circuit Court. 58 year old Todd A. Herrmann entered a no contest plea to operating with a prohibited alcohol concentration, after being stopped in New London in October of 2017 driving with a blood-alcohol concentration of .234 percent. Herrmann was ordered to spend 220 days in jail, and pay 16-hundred dollars, plus costs. He was also ordered to install an ignition interlock device and he lost his driving privileges for three years.
