An Oconto man has been charged with two counts of delivery of methamphetamine over sales made to a confidential informant. Curt Porath, 47, was arrested July 27 after an arrest warrant was issued July 13. According to the criminal complaint, Porath sold a half gram of methamphetamine for $50 and 1.1 grams for $100. The meth appeared to have been produced using the “shake and bake” method, the complaint said. Each count of delivery of methamphetamine carries a maximum sentence of 12½ years in prison and a $25,000 fine. Porath’s bond has been set at $5,000 cash.
