Green Bay Police arrested a suspect Tuesday in connection with a gas station rover and car crash on the city’s west side. Robert Herrington of Casco, 37 is suspected of robbing the Shell Gas Station. Green Bay police said officers followed Herrington as he sped down Main Street and turned into a residential neighborhood. The truck was found a short time later crashed into the front porch of a home. He is being held in Brown County Jail on suspicion of armed robbery, eluding a police officer and operating a motor vehicle without owner’s consent. Officers used surveillance video, evidence from the two scenes and an interview of the truck’s owner to identify Herrington.
