A 31 year old Oshkosh man was charged with Operating under the Influence. Daniel L. Bednar of Oshkosh was pulled over in Manawa allegedly operating with a blood-alcohol level of .05 percent. Bednar’s legal limit is .02 percent, due to 3 prior drunk driving convictions, dating back to 2007. If convicted, he could face up to 6 years in prison. Bednar was released on 2000 dollar signature bond, with adherence to the Soberlink monitoring program. He is due back in court May 8th.
