A New London man remains free on a signature bond after being charged with felony theft. 49 year old Scott D. Timm is alleged to have taken over 5000-dollars worth of soybeans from the Clintonville elevator in December 2016. The complaint says he then sold the beans at another facility. If convicted, Timm could face up to 6 years in prison. Timm is free on a $2,000 signature bond and was supposed to be in court Tuesday but was a no show and his attorney asked for another adjourned initial appearance and will be back in court on April 10th.
