Oconto, Gillett and Marinette will vie for the Hi-Q regional title on April 4 and 5.
Marinette finished first this season, winning 140 points in the three rounds of competition, while Oconto was second with 124 points.
Gillett came in third with 116 points, and advanced to the regional finals by beating the fifth and fourth place teams Menominee (Michigan) and Crivitz, in the semi-final at Gillett. The finals consist of two matches, first at Marinette High School at 10 a.m. April 4 and then at Oconto High School at 1 p.m. April 5. The public is welcome to attend. Cash prizes of $2,000, $1,500, and $1,000 are given to the top three schools at an awards banquet, with team members and schools receiving commemorative plaques.
