It’s been a rough day for plane travel and started last night after a small plane headed from the Indianapolis area to Green Bay crashed in Indiana. The Indiana State Police says there were no survivors. The cause of the crash wasn’t immediately known. The National Transportation Safety Board will investigate the crash, which is standard procedure for aircraft incidents. The plane that crashed was a Cessna 441. Earlier today A plane coming from Houston slid off the runway when landing at Austin Straubel Airport. United Flight 878 was heading to Minneapolis-St. Paul. They had to stop in Madison for 45 minutes, but did eventually take off. When attempting to land in Minneapolis-St. Paul, they had to turn around due to bad weather conditions. The flight headed to Green Bay, when it slid off the runway when landing at Austin-Straubel Airport.
