Fed Ex driver reported a hit and run behind the American Marina. Driver told authorities vehicle backed into and took off.
Disturbance was reported at apartments on Lieg Ave. Caller told authorities that two males were beating up another man.
Weapon Offense reported at W 3rd & Franklin. Caler stated that a Blue Mitsubishi Lancer was chasing people around shooting at them.

Officers arrested a 46-year-old woman on warrant through Two River Police Department and transported her to jail.

Clintonville man reported that his silo is smouldering. Says it has been burning for two months the fire department has been out twice and were not able to put the fire out. Man was concerned that a passerby would call it in.
