The city of Clintonville has proposed a new Tax Incremental District and rezoning for a residential development.
The housing project would include four 12-unit buildings, each would be a two-story, two bedroom townhouse-style apartment with an attached garage. The developers the city’s plan commission that it would add about $4 million of value to the city. Work would be started by the end of 2019.
