A house fire closed all lanes of traffic on Hwy 54 in the town of Royalton on Tuesday evening.
Authorities were dispatched to the E. 7200 block of Hwy 54 shortly before 4:30, after a report of flames and smoke coming from underneath a house.
Officials said “everyone is OK”. Witnesses report that there was extensive damage done to the property.
Crews were on the scene for almost four hours.
