Clintonville District One COmmon Council Representative Lance Bagstad has decided not to seek a second term.
Bagstad was the lone candidate for the post, and no one else has filed to run.
Ex-mayor Rich Beggs is circulating papers for the mayoral post, he has until the end of the day today to submit papers. The incumbent, Louis Bressette has decided to not seek a second term.
