Former U.S. Ambassador Daniel V. Speckhard returned to his hometown of Clintonville Sunday. Speckhard spoke to a gathering at St. Martin Lutheran Church. He is the former ambassador to Belarus and Greece and he spoke about the work of Lutheran World Relief, of which Speckhard is now the CEO and president. Speckhard, both in Clintonville, also once served as deputy assistant secretary general at NATO.
