A Mukwa man accused of attempted homicide will get a second competency hearing at the request of his attorney. James Dax was considered incompetent to stand trial by one psychologist but his lawyer thinks he is competent. Edmund Jelinski took that argument to a judge who agreed to appoint another psychologist to examine Dax. The 62 year old Dax remains behind bars in lieu of $5 million bail.
