Tonight from 4 – 7 p.m. the Clintonville Chamber of Commerce is hosting their Girls Go Cruisin’ event, where women can take advantage of some great deals, while enjoying some new amenities at this year’s event, to help support local Clintonville businesses.
“It’s for women. The stores are staying open and you’ll be cruising downtown in Clintonville,” said Clintonville Mayor Lois Bresette.
“There is going to be some adult beverages offered this year,” added City Administrator Sharon Eveland. “That is new, they go the permit for it and I’m actually going to try to go to it.”
You’ll have the opportunity to enjoy wine, beer, and chocolates all while shopping for great deals downtown. There are also raffles, coupons, and other prizes that will be available.
Registration is still available for the event and the first 50 women registered will be entered to win one of two Wine and Canvas event certificates, plus a wine glass, wristband, shopping bag and other items for the evening.
After the first 50 registrations, the $10 fee will include the wristband only, which is needed in order to sample any of the beer or wine. Contact the Clintonville Chamber to register.
