A Marinette County judge has set the bond for the two people who were accused in a burglary and chase over the weekend. Chad Setunsky is being held on $1 million cash bond, while Ashley Niewierowski was ordered to be held on $250,000. Both are facing felony counts of first-degree recklessly endangering safety, fleeing an officer, and burglary, as well as misdemeanor counts of theft and criminal damage to property. More charges are expected to be filed later against the two, according to prosecutors. The charges were brought after the two allegedly stole an ATM from a convenience store over the weekend. As the two fled authorities, Setunsky allegedly fired a gun at deputies in pursuit. Setunsky crashed the vehicle during the chase and the two fled on foot. They were at-large and arrested separately for over 24 hours.
