Ethan Happ, D’Mitrik Trice and Brad Davison did almost all the scoring as the Wisconsin Badgers beat Xavier Tuesday 77-68. Happ scored 30 points, while Trice added 22 and Davidson 19. Xavier’s 41-game home winning streak against non-conference opponents was ended. Trice and Davidson were nine-of-11 on 3-point shots. The three Badger standouts scored all of their team’s points in the first half and all but six in the game. Happ’s big night included 13 rebounds and five assists. The Badgers take their 2-0 record back home to the Kohl Center for a Saturday matchup with Houston Baptist.
