A Waupaca man is back in jail on a probation hold following drug charges in Waupaca County Circuit Court. 33 year old Ryan S. Lubinski faces a felony count of possession of methamphetamine, along with misdemeanor counts of possession of illegally obtained prescriptions and possession of a controlled substance, all as a repeat offender. The criminal complaint says Lubinski was arrested on an outstanding warrant in downtown Waupaca last week. The officer is alleged to have found meth in Lubinski’s possession, along with various pills. Lubinski was convicted two months ago on a charge of maintaining a drug trafficking place. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail, and 3 years probation in that case. On the current charges, he could face up to 5 ½ years in prison if convicted. He is due back in court August 28th.
