A Neenah man will serve two decades in prison following sentencing in a drunk driving homicide case in Outagmie County Court. 57 year old Joseph Konetzke had pleaded no contest to two counts of homicide by intoxicated use of a motor vehicle. Konetzke blew through a stop sign in the Town of Liberty last December, crashing into another car and killing two elderly Illinois residents. The criminal complaint says his blood-alcohol concentration was three times the legal limit. Along with the 20 years behind bars, Konetzke will serve 10 years on extended supervision, and was ordered to perform 500 hours of community service during that time.
