A college class will host a community city walk this Thursday to get people talking. Professor David MyGlynn of Lawerence University set up the communitywallk through his Meaning of Life class. It’s a leisurely stroll around town with the goal of connecting people in a different way than were often used to in the modern era of technology. The group of students and faculty will leave Lawerence’s Main Hall in Appleton and it’ll wrap up with ice cream served at Boldt Plaza at 6p.m. No cell phones will be permitted on the walk to people can actually connect and communicate with each other.
