One month after entering a deferred prosecution agreement, a man was arrested for OWI. Dylan L. Hemingson, 25, Waupaca, is charged with felony bail jumping and a second offense of operating while intoxicated. According to the criminal complaint, the gold 2000 Buick Century would be completely in the wrong lane when rounding curves. The driver, identified as Hemingson, parked his vehicle on the left side of the road. A preliminary breath test indicated Hemingson had a .162 blood-alcohol level. Back in March, Hemingson pleaded guilty to a felony charge of fleeing an officer and a traffic citation for reckless driving. Judge Troy Nielsen withheld judgment on the felony, and Hemingson entered into a deferred prosecution agreement. His $1,000 signature bond was continued. Hemingson is now scheduled for a hearing on May 8 to determine if his agreement will be revoked.
