A Keshena man pleaded guilty Tuesday in federal court to abusive sexual contact with a 12-year-old girl she after she had consumed marijuana and alcohol he had given her, according to court records.
Mitchel R. Crowe, 36, faces a three-year prison sentence, five years to lifetime supervised release and restitution at a June 19 hearing before District Judge William Griesbach.
In exchange for his guilty plea, the government agreed not to file any other sexual assault charges against Crowe involving the same minor female, or pursue aggravated assault charges against him for unspecified conduct on Jan. 27, 2017, at the Menominee Indian Reservation, according to the plea agreement.
