A Marion teenager has now been criminally charged in connection to a bomb threat in Marion earlier this month. 17 year old Jacob A. Teall faces a felony bomb scare charge, along with a misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct. Police allege Teall and two juveniles placed a suspicious package at an address in the 200 block of Hillcrest Drive in Marion March 6th, with a note attached saying it was a bomb. The Brown/Outagamie County Bomb Squad determined the package was not a bomb. If convicted, Teall could face up to 3 and a half years in prison. He makes his initial appearance in Waupaca County Court April 24th. The other two allegedly involved will be handled within the juvenile justice system.
